Account & Data Deletion

Steps to permanently delete your account and personal data for Infinex Solutions apps.

You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data for apps created by Infinex Solutions. Once your request is processed, your account will be permanently removed and we will delete or irreversibly anonymise your personal data, except where retention is required by law.

1. How to Request Account Deletion

To request deletion, please send an email from the same email address you used to register in the App to:

Include the following details so that we can locate your account:

  • The name of the App (for example, "MyBhakti" or other Infinex app).
  • The email address or username used to sign up.
  • Your platform (Android, iOS, or Web) and, if applicable, your country.

2. What Will Be Deleted

When we process your deletion request, we will:

  • Remove your user account and login credentials from our systems.
  • Delete or anonymise personal profile information such as your name and contact details stored with that account.
  • Remove app-specific content associated with your account where technically feasible (for example, preferences, bookmarks, or saved items), unless this data is required to be retained in aggregated or anonymised form.

We may retain limited records where required for security, fraud prevention, or legal and tax obligations (for example, invoices or high-level subscription history), but these will no longer be linked to an active user profile.

3. Paid Apps and Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel any active subscriptions you have through app stores (such as Google Play or Apple App Store). To avoid future charges, please cancel your subscription directly via the store where you purchased it before or at the same time as requesting deletion.

After deletion, you will lose access to any content or features tied to your account, including paid features that rely on your account status.

4. Timeline for Deletion

We typically respond to account deletion requests within 7 business days. In some cases, it may take additional time to fully remove data from backups and logs, but it will no longer be used for active processing once your account is deleted.

These instructions apply to mobile and web applications built by Infinex Solutions. Certain apps may display additional account-deletion options in-app, which work together with this policy.
